

OUR MULTI-LAYERED PIPES
Our multilayer pipes are engineered with a five-layer composite structure, designed to combine the mechanical strength and stability of metal with the flexibility, corrosion resistance, and smooth inner surface of plastic. This hybrid construction significantly improves performance while minimizing the drawbacks typically associated with using either material alone.
The central aluminum layer provides dimensional stability and acts as an oxygen barrier, while the inner and outer plastic layers—typically made from PE-RT or PEX—ensure hygienic water transport, chemical resistance, and long-term durability. The adhesive layers in between bind these components securely to prevent delamination.

Classification by Welding Method
– Overlap-welded: Easier to manufacture and cost-effective, commonly used in residential plumbing

OUR PEX-b PIPES
PEX-b Pipe
Our PEX-b (cross-linked polyethylene, type B) pipes are produced through a silane-based cross-linking process, which enhances thermal and mechanical properties while maintaining cost efficiency. We use premium-grade raw materials from industry leaders Silon (Czech Republic) and Constab (Germany), both known for their advanced polymer solutions and stringent quality control.
Why PEX-b?
PEX-b is widely used in residential and commercial plumbing, underfloor heating, and radiator systems due to its balanced performance and affordability. It offers:

Our PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance) pipes are crafted from a medium-density ethylene-octene copolymer, offering high flexibility, long-term pressure resistance, and excellent thermal performance. These pipes are a reliable choice for underfloor heating, hot/cold water systems, and HVAC installations.
